1. Open your account
The person who signs up is the company owner and holds every permission. The “Setup guide” on the Home page ticks off its steps (verify email, complete the company profile, invite the team, first order, first material) by itself as you complete them.
- 1
Fill in the sign-up form
Start the free trial from signflow.me. You enter the company name, your full name, work email, mobile number and a password of at least 10 characters. The trial asks for no credit card.
- 2
Verify your phone
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile and press “Verify and start”. If no code arrives, you can ask for a new one once the timer on screen runs out.
- 3
Verify your email
Click the link in your inbox. You cannot invite teammates until your email is verified; the banner at the top of the app can resend the link.
2. Look at the workflow you start with
A new company starts with a working workflow: Order entry, Design, Manager approval, Production chief, Production (in parallel with the CNC, Paint, Workshop and Electrics and LED departments), Packing and Field installation, plus a Purchasing stage. Production orders open at Order entry; repair orders skip design and start at Production chief.
Open Settings › Workflow to see it. We suggest running your first order through it as it is and changing it afterwards; the workflow setup help page shows how.
3. Create the first order
- 1
Press “New order”
Open “New order” from the Home page or the Orders list.
- 2
Pick a product template
The form first asks which job you are opening. A product template makes the form ask that job's questions and fills in its defaults. With no templates yet, choose “Continue without a template”; templates are added under Settings › Product templates (if your role allows it).
- 3
Enter the job and the customer
Choose the “Order type” (Production, Repair or Design) and type a “Job name”, such as “Illuminated channel letters for the facade”. In the customer section pick a saved customer or type the name, email and phone; the contact details are stored on the order as entered.
- 4
Fill in sizes and details
Enter the sizes and whatever the template asks under “Product details”. Where the template sets limits for a field, the form shows the allowed range.
- 5
Set the due date and installation
Pick the “Due date” and tick “Installation needed” if the sign is fitted on site. Press “Create the order”: the order number is assigned automatically and the order opens at the starting stage for its type.
4. Move the order through its stages
Every move is written to the order's “History” with who made it and when.
- 1
Move it on
The order screen lists the stages the order can go to. Use “Move on” or a stage's name to move it, and “Send back” to return it to an earlier stage. You can do the same by dragging the card on the “Board”.
- 2
Send it to design
Moving an order into design asks you to choose a designer. The designer adds the files to the order; the design is approved only with a verified file, either in the office with “Approve the design” or through an approval link sent to the customer.
- 3
Hand production to the departments
When the order enters parallel production you choose the departments that work on it and the responsible department that finishes last. Each department completes its own task; the responsible one closes it last, adding a file such as a photo of the finished work.
- 4
Installation and completion
An order that needs installation gets an installation plan, and the crew completes it with a photo. An order whose installation is not done cannot be closed. At the last stage, close the order with “Complete the order” if your role allows it.
