01 · Orders & design approval
Open the order with its sizes and product details, assign a designer and attach the files. Design approval can’t be given without a file, and an approved job moves on to the next stage by itself.
02 · Production board & department tasks
When an order enters production it splits into department tasks. Each team sees only its own queue, and once every task is done the job moves to packing. The board shows who is waiting on what at a glance.
03 · Field crews on mobile
Schedule installs with a date, address and crew. Installers see the day’s jobs on their phone, open directions, take the install photo and complete the job. No photo, no completion, and the office sees the result right away.
04 · Stock & purchasing
Each order’s material needs are compared with what’s in the warehouse: what stock covers becomes a material request, the shortfall becomes a purchase request. Goods receipts update stock themselves, and units convert between sheets, metres and pieces.

SignFlow is cloud software that tracks orders, production and installations for sign and display makers. Each job keeps its order, measurements, design files and sign-off, shop-floor department tasks, material needs and install photo on one record. It runs in the browser with nothing to install, in Turkish and English.
Yes. A new account starts with a ready-made 12-stage sign shop workflow, from order entry to field installation. In the workflow editor you add, remove or rename stages and set up departments and roles your way. When you remove a stage that still holds orders, you choose where those orders move.
Pick the design files and send the customer an approval link by email or SMS; the link is valid for 7 days. The customer sees only those files, without an account, and approves or asks for changes with a comment. The approval is written to the order’s history in the customer’s name and the job moves to the next stage.
Yes. SignFlow has an iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play) app, and it also runs in the browser. Installers see the day’s jobs with the address and contact, open directions, take the install photo, complete the job and get notified when work is assigned to them. An install can’t be closed without a photo, and the office sees the result right away.
No. Your company details plus a mobile number and email check are all it takes. Every operations module is open during the trial.
Nothing is deleted. Your account switches to read-only: you can view and export your records but can’t create new ones. Pick a plan and you carry on exactly where you left off.
Payments are taken by card through PayTR, and your card details never reach SignFlow’s servers. The subscription renews at the end of each period, and every payment gets an e-invoice or e-archive invoice.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, with what’s left of the current period credited to the new plan. Downgrades and billing-interval changes take effect at the next renewal, and a downgrade never deletes data.
Turn off auto-renewal any time under Settings → Billing. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then the account becomes read-only. Unused days aren’t refunded.
Yes, whenever you like. Start a full export from settings and you get a ZIP with one CSV per record type. It works while the account is read-only too.
For 30 days after a closure request you can still export your data or withdraw the request. After that your business data and files are deleted; invoices and payment records we’re legally required to keep are retained.
You are the data controller for the customer and order data you enter; SignFlow processes it only to provide the service, as your data processor. SignFlow is the controller for your account and billing data. The KVKK notice has the details.
The database and the files you upload are kept on servers we operate in a DigitalOcean data centre in the United States; the database is backed up every night. The legal basis for this transfer abroad is set out in the KVKK privacy notice. Files are only reachable through signed links that expire within minutes.
