Create your first order in SignFlow: from sign-up to delivery
To run your first order in SignFlow, open an account, look over the workflow you start with, then use “New order” to enter the customer, product, sizes and due date; the order then moves stage by stage. This page walks through each step with the labels you see on screen.

Setting up the workflow: stages, roles and target times
You decide which stages your orders go through on the canvas under Settings › Workflow: add stages, draw moves between them, attach roles to each stage, set targets and sub-statuses, then publish. Nothing affects your orders until you publish.

Team and roles: invite members, grant permissions, remove a member
You invite teammates by email under Settings › Team and give them roles. A role decides what they may do, and the roles attached to stages decide which orders they see. Someone who leaves is deactivated, not deleted.

Customer approval link: send, resend and revoke
On an order in a design stage, “Send for customer approval” sends the design files you choose to the customer as a link valid for 7 days, by email and SMS. The customer approves or asks for changes without an account, and the decision is written on the order.

Installers download the SignFlow app from the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android and sign in with the same account they use on the web. The “Field work” tab shows their jobs; from there they call the customer, get directions and complete the job with a photo.

Stock movements: set up materials, post receipts, issues and transfers, reverse mistakes
In SignFlow, stock changes only through stock movements: you set up materials and depots, then use “Stock movement” to post an opening balance, a goods receipt, consumption by an order, a transfer between depots or a count adjustment. A wrong movement is not deleted; it is reversed.
