The strictly necessary cookies SignFlow uses, what they do, how long they last and how to manage cookies in your browser.

This is a convenience translation. The Turkish text (Çerez Politikası) is the binding version and prevails in case of any difference.
1. Scope
This policy describes the cookies used on https://signflow.me, https://app.signflow.me and their subdomains, operated by Erelsis Yazılım Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi. Information on personal data processed through cookies is in the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file saved by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies make it possible, for example, to keep you signed in or remember your language.
3. We use strictly necessary cookies only
SignFlow uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to work and that deliver a function you asked for. We use no analytics, advertising, social media or third-party cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. Because these cookies are needed to provide the service, they do not rely on consent; the legal grounds are the formation and performance of a contract and legitimate interest (KVKK Article 5(2)(c) and (f)).
4. Cookies we use

Cookies with the “__Host-” prefix are sent only over secure connections and are bound to the exact domain that set them; other domains cannot read or change them. In the local development environment the session cookie is named without the prefix (sf_sid).
5. The payment page and PayTR
Your card details are sent directly to PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. During payment and 3D Secure verification, PayTR or your bank may use cookies on their own domains. These cookies are not set or controlled by SignFlow and are governed by those organisations’ own cookie and privacy policies.
6. Managing cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. In common browsers the settings are here:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in or use the service, and your language and theme choices will not be remembered. Deleting cookies signs you out.
7. Changes and contact
If we start using a new cookie, we will update this policy beforehand. A cookie that is not strictly necessary would only be used after obtaining your explicit consent. For questions, write to destek@signflow.me.
