Pricing questions
What’s included in the trial?
During the trial design approval, order and production workflow, installation scheduling, purchase requests, stock and warehouses, and analytics dashboard are open, with a limit of 5 users and 50 orders a month. When it ends, choose whichever plan suits you.
What’s different about yearly billing?
A yearly plan gives you 12 months for the price of 10, charged in one payment. Switching from monthly to yearly happens at once, and the unused days are credited against the new payment.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Your existing data isn’t affected. Only the action that would go over the limit stops, such as opening a new order once the monthly quota is used, and you’re offered an upgrade. Monthly counters reset each month on Istanbul time.
Do you offer refunds?
Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, and unused days aren’t refunded. If a payment is ever taken twice or in error, it’s refunded to the same card after review. See the cancellation and refund policy for details.
