1.2 Buyer
The Buyer is the person or business entered in the billing profile at checkout. The Buyer’s legal or full name, tax identification number and tax office or Turkish national ID number, address, email address and phone number, as entered on the checkout page, form part of this Agreement. The Buyer confirms that these details are correct.
2. Subject
This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of a subscription to the SignFlow software service purchased electronically through https://signflow.me and https://app.signflow.me, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Detailed rules for using the Service are set out in the Terms of Service. The Buyer confirms that it received the Pre-Contract Information Form before purchasing.
3. Main characteristics of the Service
SignFlow is an online software service that lets sign and signage manufacturers manage orders, design approval, production workflow, installations, stock and purchasing. The Service is not the delivery of a copy of a computer program but a right to use it online for the subscription term.
The name of the purchased plan, its features and limits (number of users, monthly orders, storage and other limits) and the subscription term (monthly or yearly) are shown in the order summary on the checkout page and on the Pricing page.
4. Price, taxes and payment
The total price of the Service including taxes is shown in Turkish lira in the order summary on the checkout page. The price includes value added tax at 20%. For upgrades, the credit for the unused part of the current period is also shown separately in the order summary. Because the Service is delivered electronically, there are no delivery or shipping charges.
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the licensed payment institution PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. Card details go directly to PayTR and never reach the Seller’s servers. A payment is complete when PayTR sends the Seller its confirmation notification.
For each successful payment an e-Arşiv invoice or e-Fatura is issued in the Buyer’s name and provided to the Buyer.
5. Performance
The Service is made available in the Buyer’s account immediately and electronically once payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery. If the Service is not made available despite a confirmed payment, the Buyer can contact destek@signflow.me; if the problem cannot be fixed, the amount paid is refunded.
6. Term and renewal
The subscription runs for the chosen term (one month or one year) starting on the purchase day and, unless the Buyer turns off renewal, renews at the end of each period for the same plan and term. Depending on the payment method the Seller offers, the renewal is paid either by an automatic charge to the stored card or, without storing the card, by the Buyer from a payment link emailed at least 7 days before the period ends. Where the stored-card method is used, the Buyer agrees, by giving separate consent at checkout, that the subscription renews that way and that the card is stored with PayTR for that purpose.
The renewal price is the price in effect on the renewal date. The Seller announces price changes at least 30 days in advance by email and in the app; the new price applies from the first renewal after the notice.
If a renewal charge to the stored card fails, it is retried on the 3rd and 7th day after the renewal date, followed by a 3-day grace period after the last attempt. If a subscription renewed by payment link is not paid by the end of the period, a 3-day grace period starts at the period end. If payment has not been made by the end of the grace period, the account becomes read-only; no data is deleted.
7. Turning off renewal and cancellation
The Buyer can turn off automatic renewal at any time, at no extra cost, on the Billing page under Settings in the app. The Service then remains available until the end of the paid period; after that the account becomes read-only and data export remains available.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, no partial refund is given for the unused part of a period. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded to the card used for payment after review; how long the refund takes to appear depends on the bank. Details are on the Cancellation and Refunds page.
8. Right of withdrawal
Where the Buyer is a consumer, under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form. A SignFlow subscription is an electronic service whose performance begins immediately, with the Buyer’s approval, once payment is confirmed. The Buyer is therefore informed before completing the purchase that there is no right of withdrawal, and expressly approves the immediate start of the Service.
Before purchasing, the Buyer can try and evaluate the Service free of charge for 7 days.
This does not affect the Buyer’s right under section 7 to turn off automatic renewal at any time, or its statutory rights regarding a defective service.
9. Business buyers
The Service is aimed primarily at businesses. Where the Buyer purchases the Service for commercial or professional purposes, the consumer protection provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts do not apply; the relationship is then governed by the provisions of this Agreement that are not specific to consumers and by the Terms of Service.
10. Obligations of the parties
The Seller must provide the Service in accordance with this Agreement, the Terms of Service and the characteristics stated in the pre-contract information. The Seller makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running without interruption but does not commit to any particular availability percentage.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of its billing details, for the security of its account, and for using the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service. For payments made without the cardholder’s consent, the Buyer may dispute the charge under the rules of the card-issuing bank.
11. Personal data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints and disputes
The Buyer can send requests and complaints about the Service to destek@signflow.me, by phone on 0553 521 17 47, or in writing to Zafer Mah. 152 Cad. No: 35 Efeler / Aydın.
Where the Buyer is a consumer, it may apply to the consumer arbitration committee at its place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and, for disputes above those limits, to the consumer court after the mediation process required by law.
Where the Buyer is not a consumer, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Aydın have jurisdiction.
13. Evidence
The parties agree that, in any dispute under this Agreement, the Seller’s electronic records (order, payment, approval and action records) constitute evidence under Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. This does not remove the Buyer’s right to submit counter-evidence.
14. Entry into force
This Agreement is concluded and enters into force when the Buyer approves it and the Pre-Contract Information Form electronically on the checkout page and completes payment. The approval is recorded electronically with its date and time. A copy of the Agreement is provided to the Buyer by email: once the payment is confirmed, it is sent to the Buyer’s billing email address as a PDF attachment to the payment confirmation email, filled in with the Buyer’s details and the details of the sale.
